Vtg 1960-70s 8" THREE FACE DOLL Hong Kong HAPPY SLEEPY SAD Top Knob Orig Jacket

Strange little doll has a top knob on his/her head that is very cleverly disguised as a "pompom" on the hood of its special jacket.  Turn head to show smiling, sleeping or crying face, while the other two are hidden away in the hood.
Doll's head is soft vinyl and rest of the jointed body is thin plastic.  I would guess was made around the late 1960s - early 1970s. Back has a circle symbol with the letters "T T" in it, and Made in Hong Kong below.  Body, face, painted features all seem in good shape.  Head spins very freely, but a little more difficultly when in the hood.  Overall it is in very good vintage condition.
The red soft tie-front jacket with "fur"-trimmed hood, knob-hole, and attached yarn "hair" is in decent shape, but a little dingy.  The cuffs on the wrists are yellowed.  S/he is not wearing any pants - need some undies!
